The terminal was designed to harmonise and segment luxury and cross border coach operations in a more dignified manner. The facility is a one stop center with almost all necessary amenities for travellers. Its located right within the central business district, opposite the clock tower round about, along Kanjedza road. The site is formerly the shire bus lines Mzuzu depot.
The Mzuzu coach terminus is owned and managed by Mzuzu city council.

There is no ATM within the station. Make sure you have enough cash with you. Its nothing much to worry about banks are just nearby less than 500m away.
