With a strong background in accounting and years of experience — including 17 years as CFO at Akamba Public Road Services — Dossa led Easy Coach with discipline, integrity, and a premium-focused strategy that transformed industry standards.
As Managing Director, he championed safety, customer dignity, staff welfare, and innovation, introducing passenger lounges and digital ticketing systems long before they became common practice. Even during the COVID-19 crisis, he chose to protect his employees rather than lay them off — a testament to his leadership values.
His legacy as Founder and MD will continue to shape Kenya’s transport industry for generations to come.
