Residences and the business community representatives gathered at Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport to celebrate the launch of a new connection with national and global destinations via the introduction of multi-modal ground-to-air service.
The City, in partnership with Tourism Sarnia-Lambton, was joined by Air Canada and The Landline Company to officially announce the service connecting the Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport (YZR) to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) via a luxury motorcoach beginning June 15, 2026.
Passengers will be able to book travel exactly as they would any other connecting flight – simply by searching Sarnia (YZR) to their final destination on aircanada.com creating one seamless itinerary for their ground and air travel.

- Two round trips a day — early morning and early afternoon to align with major connecting flights at Pearson Int’l Airport

How to make a booking:
Bookings can be made immediately for travel June 15,2026 onward. Customers can book by selecting Sarnia (YZR) as their departure or arrival point when searching flights on aircanada.com or on the Air Canada mobile app.
